I love, and get really excited about, snacks. So…I got really excited when I learned of the company ‘Seoulbox’ a few months ago. It was just at the time when I was starting to get curious about Korean food. If you’ve not heard of the company before, Seoulbox is a subscription snack box from the streets of Seoul. The idea to launch a snack box came from homesickness and a care package sent from the founder’s family, and the company was founded in 2019. The mission is to bring Korea closer to the world. The box I reviewed is their Signature Box and it included 18 authenic Korean items, including :-

There are a few different boxes that you can buy – ‘Signature’, ‘V’, and ‘Life – and a variety of different subscription options’. The ’V’ is a vegetarian version of the ‘Signature’. They don’t just provide food boxes – if you’re a K-Pop fan like I am, the Life box is a mystery box full of limited edition fan merchandise. I purchased one of these as a Christmas present to myself last year, and it was so cool. If you can’t decide which box would like to try, there is a quiz you can do!
I loved this box, and tasting all the snacks in it. The theme for the box I have is/was Korean Picnic snacks. It arrived back when the weather was really nice, but I was very unwell so I’m only getting around to catching up on things! Everything about this box was exciting, even the box itself. The design is inspired by Korea. The Logo is of Haechi. There are five of him in total hidden on the box. I found them all,but it took me a while (!)
In the meantime, all I have to say is that I’m really excited to taste what my (new) friends or astronauts at Seoulbox have in store for me in my next box 🙂 I will be signing up for a regular delivery!
